Kennedy Space Center. We spent the day with Laura, Eric and Noah touring the space center. We really enjoyed a bus tour which took us to both active launch sites and past the crawler (machine which moves the shuttle from the assembly area to the launch pad), assembly area, and 2 eagle nests. The crawler was probably my favorite thing to see. It is amazing how much weight it can hold. They have built a special road for it to drive on because it is so heavy that it would sink into the main road. We also saw an IMAX about how they assembled the international space center. That was very interesting too. Unfortunately Maya didn't find it quite as interesting so Brett spent most of the movie trying to keep her from stealing our 3-D glasses.
