Life at Home

Brett sprained his ankle really bad about three weeks ago playing basketball (just before our trip to FL). He is able to get around on it pretty well now, but it is still pretty tender to the touch. His foot was black and blue and green from his toes to his lower shin. These pictures are about two weeks out.

Maya loves reading books and can't help but read them. At nap time and bed time she reads at least 10 books before going to bed. Often times we find her curled up in a corner of her bed surrounded by books. We are glad she is such a book worm, but hope it won't interrupt her sleeping.

And if she is not reading at nap time she is doing this.....dressing up and coming up with some elaborate story. She is very entertaining.

Mason making mischief. Mason loves to play in the tupperware cupboard. I don't mind because it keeps him occupied while I am making dinner or getting something else done. He has become really fast at unloading everything onto the floor and is quite proud of himself. He is growing so quickly. He now has almost 8 teeth and can crawl over almost any obstacle in his way. He is a very happy kid and we love to have him in our family.
